Our international platform provide our members with numerous opportunites - physical and virtual - create their own AIESEC experience, e.g. to connect with our global partner orgainzations, overseas chapters of AIESEC, to be in leadership roles within our network, to work abroad, to form their learning networks or attend conferences worldwide.

Engagement with AIESEC

Welcome to AIESEC! In this phase, you will be introduced to the world of AIESEC and the different programs you can be part off in order to gain an integrated international leadership experience.

You will learn about the WHY , HOW and WHAT of AIESEC and it will empower you to pick your path/program to kick start your AIESEC eXPerience.

Experiential Leadership Development – Team Member Program

Now, you have learned about what AIESEC is in your Engagement stage, it’s time to take on a role in the organization. You can learn a lot of useful skills which will be beneficial to your career in future through taking the leadership roles. You can learn skills such as project management, public speaking, strategic planning, marketing, problem solving etc. Our members learn by doing, getting support and working together with others that have more advanced skills and experience.

Experiential Leadership Development – Team Leader Program

Once you are at this stage, you already have gained the experiences and knowledge from the Team Member Program and now you are leading project or the organization itself to create opportunities for all members to explore themselves. You have chances to draft strategies and achieve the organization’s overall goal. You will learn how to lead a team and also an organization.

Experiential Leadership Development – Internship Programs

International internships are the most intense learning experience we offer and links together our global network. Each year, AIESEC runs international exchange programs that enable over 10000 students and recent graduates to have opportunities to work and live in different cultures and environments.

Global Community Development Program encompasses cross-cultural positive impact through working abroad for social and community development projects that lead to self development and skill enhancement for the member undertaking the program This program is for you if you want to experience new cultures during summer break as internships are normally short term in nature and involve working on diverse social projects and organizations. Perfect opportunity if you don’t have extensive professional background.

Global Internship program offers internships that contribute to the professional development of a member and assist them to specialize in a certain field of work. They are normally long term in nature and involve working on diverse business projects and organizations.

Life long connection

Now that you’ve had a chance to experience all that AIESEC has to offer, it‘s time to look back at your experience and reflect on the experiences you have had, and all that you have learnt about yourself. A life long connection will ensure the essence of positive change throughout an AIESEC member’s life. In this way, AIESEC presents each of its alumni a platform for continuous growth thus enabling them to make a constant positive impact on society.
