This trend was developed in the growing desire to reduce IT costs and increase the solutions’ ability to adapt to today&#8217;s changing market conditions. <p>Ginta Bakane joined the Marketing and Advertising industry two years ago  and has already launched several innovative campaigns. Ginta is  currently a marketing and project manager in one of the leading media  agencies in Latvia, “Inspired”, where she recently ran one of the most  successful and striking recruitment campaigns in Latvia, “Nolauz  Klavinu”. She gained her marketing background in studying in Denmark and  now is currently studying for an MBA at Riga Business School. In her  free time, Ginta enjoys graphic design and has recently been involved in  developing her own start-up company.</p>
<h5>Presentation “Can recruitment be innovative?”</h5>
<p>Can innovation and creativity be part of a recruitment and selection  process? Is this possible in areas of Human Resources where standard  methods are usually applied? The answer is yes! Results from the recent  “Nolauz Kļaviņu!” campaign as well as examples from other case studies  will be discussed during the presentation.</p>

<p>Ernests Štāls graduated from “Ventspils University College” with  Bachelors degree in 2006. During his studies he engaged with Internet  industry. Starting from year 2005 he worked in Internet solutions agency  “Mediaparks” but in the start of year 2008 he established SIA “Soon”.</p>
<h5>“Soon” is focusing on wider range of solutions than only Internet web pages.</h5>
<p>The company have developed video streaming solution for “Nordea” bank,  social network for kite boarders, developed solutions for data  transmission with “Bluetooth” technology, also they have developed  analysis tools for microbloging site “Twitter” – “radio.soon.lv” and  “televizors.soon.lv”. “Soon” have also participated in development of  “McDonald’s football” game for “Facebook” platform, development of  “Zelta zivtiņa” game, developed a portal for travelers “bonvoyagee.com”,  however these projects are not active anymore.</p>
<p>He organizes meetings of “Open Coffee Club” movement in Riga. How it is  explained on “Open Coffee Club Riga” page on social network “Facebook”,  this movement has been made to encourage entrepreneurs, programmers and  potential investors to organize events during which to discuss, exchange  contacts and develop.</p>
<p>In fall of year 2010 Ernests Štāls won the competition of British  Council in Latvia – “International Young Interactive Entrepreneur Award  10”. During finals he presented himself and answered questions trough  “Skype” because he was in Finland at that time, where he attended an  event for young entrepreneurs “BootCamp”. As the winner of Latvian  competition he had a chance to go to London and meet with professionals  from British digital and interactive sector, entrepreneurs and finalists  from other countries. But thanks to participation in “BootCamp” he had a  chance to visit Silicon Valley in USA.</p>

<p>Ansis Egle &#8211; experienced communication professional with background in  advertising, marketing and event management since 1993. Worked for major  advertising networks such as Saatchi&amp;Saatchi and LOWE for major  local and international Clients such as Cēsu Alus, Hewlett Packard,  Toyota, Sony, Panasonic. This year spent majority of time in Shanghai  running Latvia pavilion communication activities. Now working on  AERODIUM expansion plans on a world scale. Beside professional life he  organize plenty of NGO events for snowboarders and other active  lifestyle adepts since 1995.</p>
