During his career has gained experience and deep understanding of all main sectors of advertising market – such as media, ad agency, media agency and digital. Year 1999 – started as Key account director in television network TV3 Latvia. Took part in building up advertising sales department there, was responsible for servicing top media agency networks. In 2002 moved to Media Director position in ad agency McCann Erickson Riga with task to develop media department and manage strategical media planning for international and local leading brands such as Nestle, UPS, Martini & Bacardi, Aldaris and more. From Year 2004 took part in establishing Latvian branch of media agency Universal McCann and held Media Director position there until Year 2006. In year 2006 co-founded Digibrand – one of the leading, independent digital marketing agencies in Latvia covering such services as full digital communication Brand strategies, web content production and mobile marketing.

Maksims Kušnarevs has been in digital marketing since 2001. He began as the web project director at McCann Erickson Riga, creating digital concepts for leading Latvian and international brands such as www.laima.lv, www.latvijasbalzams.lv and more. He is the owner of the leading photo community portal in Latvia, www.fotoblog.lv, as well as the co-owner & digital strategist at the digital agency, Digibrand. As a digital concept author, he has created digital solutions for leading brands as Aldaris (award winning concept of flash game in 2007), Ādažu Čipsi, AirBaltic, Fazer, Staburadze, Whatcar.lv, Karums, Gutta, Tele2 and more…

Agnis has a great experience in areas associated with digital marketing, sales and business, as well as he is one of the earliest experts of interactive solutions in Latvia. Agnis was one of the founders of Latvian Internet Association and being its board member actively supported initial activities of the association. More than 4 years he managed one of the first in Latvia and leading web solutions agency “ADM Interactive”. During that time his team frequently achieved great success participating in several festivals, namely “Golden Hammer” organized by Latvian Advertising Association and “Golden Spider” organized by Latvian Internet Association.
