AIESEC is a global organization with 54 000 people in 107 countries with over 5000 partners and it is run only by students. The entire management turns over every year, giving new leadership possibilieties to new members.

AIESEC will provide you with a dynamic environment in which you will be able to apply your leadership abilities on a truly global scale, improve your skills and challenge your own perspectives about yourself and the world around you.

There are two AIESEC Local Committees in Latvia - in Riga and Valmiera (see Contacts)

Leadership Opportunities
Activating Leadership in young people is the base of how we help young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society. We do this through providing over 11000 practical experiences in leadership , as well as trainings in soft skills and functional areas in over 350 conferences and thousands of activities each year.
